context : 
	hadn't driven RAM for 5 days (except drive 5k [to, from] Hussar garbage)
	plugged in 2+ days continually
	medium frost that morning
		in Vancouver, starting was difficult on humid days?

situation :
	initially, turn key to heat glow plug 3 times WITHOUT trying to start (Vancouver lesson)
	first turn - starter kicked, died
	after that each time :  
		take out key 
		wait for [whiz, buzz] of CD player etc
		not even close to starting
	problem of "Dead" electrical system
		no sign of power at all
		sometimes opening driver's door, or engine hood brought "electric power" back
		a couple of times left truck to work on other things, at least had power when I got back
