Purpose : 
	Set aside a portion (in this case 10-20%) of the purchase price of vehicle to either : 
	1) cover at least part of the cost of specified major repairs that are : 
			- [reasonable, unidentifiable] cart [maintenance, upgrade]s according to purchaser's [fear, perceived probability]s.  Specific examples include (with estimates of probability of occurence) : 
					- front end [steer, align, suspension] long-term known problems
							- (80%) minor stuff like just ball joint replacement NOT covered by this  agreeement
							- (20%) replace front end linkages, struts
					- (10%) transmission [failure, replacement] (Andrew's example)
					- (5%)  engine [failure, replacement]
			- not due to : 
					- the result of "normal" wear and tear of the vehicle
					- [accident, improvement, appearance]s of the vehicle 
	2) incrementally pay the original owner over time for part of the car vaue realised because major repairs were not necessary
