Conference Guides for [IEEE-CIS, INNS] conferences : Although this guide was initially set up for IJCNN2019, and was used for IEEE WCCI 2020, hopefully some of the basic information may still help [organising committee members, authors] up to 2023-2025 (assuming a half-life of links and process information of 3-5 years?). Set-up of exhibits

Storage of materials for the conference will be set up within the hotel, and is available to exibitors. Inform us if you have material that you would like pre-ship and have us to store it until your arrival. These should arrive NO EARLIER than 11Jul2019!!!
Shipment of material to/from the conference is the responsibily of the exibitor.
The location of exhibits will be determined in consultation with the sponsors.
Timing of the exhibit [set up, tear down] will be discussed with the Sponsors.
Please let Bill Howell know if you require assistance with the set-up of your tables, banners, etc (if applicable).

Tear-down of exhibits

Again - Shipment of material to/from the conference is the responsibily of the exibitor.
Material left at the end of the conference is generally disposed of.

Named Events for [Silver, Gold, Platinum] Sponsors - If you have not done so already, specify a preferred event and two alternatives for which you will be named as Sponsor at the start of the event.

Giveaways from [Gold, Platinum] Sponsors - Please remember to let us know if you have [literature, giveaways] that you wish to be distributed with the conference registration packages.

Registrations - Specify for each registration provided as part of your sposorship, whether you prefer it to be for EITHER [the main conference, both the workshops and tutorials]

Banquet - Don't forget to attend our banquet!

Other activities - A number of local events, such as tours, are organised for the conference. Check the IJCNN website for details, you are welcome to participate. Registration is separate, and generally comes with a fee for participants.
