01Apr2019 Yoonsuck Choe's perl script for [cleanup, copyright additions] to IJCNN papers



Quick usage:

You need pdftk package installed on your system. 

You need perl language installed on your system.

- Change the ISBN number in each script
- Change the $$$ per paper in each script
- Resulting files are put in ./proc directory, so create the directory before you run.

For different copyright category, use different script

annotatepdf-us			: IEEE general (US copyright)
annotatepdf-crown		: UK Crown copyright
annotatepdf-eu			: EU copyright


* Special cases
annotatepdf-sandia		: Sandia lab
annotatepdf-usg			: US geological survey office(?)


* Do not use these: for A4 papers
annotatepdf-eu-a4
annotatepdf-us-a4

You can put the files that belong to the same copyright category into a separate directory, and in each case, run the following unix command to apply the command to all papers in that directory:

ls *.pdf | xargs --replace=R ./annotatepdf-us R
