Personal family use

Given the modern social media (mostly Facebook in my case), there is perhaps less need for a groupware tool for the family.  Still, there are situations, in particular commercially-sensitive material : 

*scripts for [theatre, film], film segments, and related contacts and funding
*social media marketing & Customer Relationship Management stuff
*project engineering analysis and customer info
*jokes, pranks, and family blackmail
