Conference Guides for [IEEE-CIS, INNS] conferences : Although this guide was initially set up for IJCNN2019, and was used for IEEE WCCI 2020, hopefully some of the basic information may still help [organising committee members, authors] up to 2023-2025 (assuming a half-life of links and process information of 3-5 years?). The Authors' and Publications menus have been combined, allowing authors to see the Publications Chair perspective as well. I am no longer keeping this up to date. Bill Howell, 11Dec2020

Why should you sponsor IJCNN2019?

  1. IJCNN2019 is a great opportunity to promote your brand and to show off your neural network success stories as well as leading edge products to a world wide audience of people and organization in neural networks research and development.
  2. Identify potential research and business partners with similar interests
  3. Attract the best and brightest researchers to your organization
  4. Discuss your neural network developments with highly experienced researchers, including those in industry, to select and improve your approaches. You will also understand, compare and establish new concepts.
  5. IJCNN2019 has perhaps the best coverage of advanced neural network research leaders from all over the world
Since the "neural network renaissance" of 1986, the IJCNN is the largest international neural network research conference, and is one of a very few conferences with a focus specifically on neural networks research. Many of the other neural network centric conferences are run by affiliated societies, such as ICANN of the European Neural Network Society, ICONIP of the Asia-Pacific Neural Network Society, which now includes the JNNS conference of the Japanese Neural Network Society, a growing INNS India Neural Network Society, and the regional IEEE-CIS Chapters (see the IEEE-CIS global map for the large number of Chapters) Both INNS and IEEE-CIS have supported activity in other areas of the world, and best represent the global diversity of talent in the Neural Networks area.
