Conference Guides for [IEEE-CIS, INNS] conferences : Although this guide was initially set up for IJCNN2019, and was used for IEEE WCCI 2020, hopefully some of the basic information may still help [organising committee members, authors] up to 2023-2025 (assuming a half-life of links and process information of 3-5 years?). The Authors' and Publications menus have been combined, allowing authors to see the Publications Chair perspective as well. I am no longer keeping this up to date. Bill Howell, 11Dec2020

Call for Sponsors and Exhibits

IJCNN is the premier international conference in the area of neural network theory, analysis, and applications. Co-sponsored by the International Neural Network Society (INNS) and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (IEEE-CIS), over the last three decades this conference and its predecessors have hosted [past, present, and future] leaders of neural network research. Regular conference participants, conference organizing committee, and members of our societies have been THE pioneers of major areas of neural networks such as Neurodynamics, Learning, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, [Approximate, Adaptive] Dynamic Programming (very advanced control and optimization), Evolving Connectionist Systems, and the emergent area of Neuro-Evolutionary systems. The "Neural Networks" journal (INNS-NN) of the INNS, and the "Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems" (IEEE-TNNLS) of the IEEE-CIS, are among the top-rated journals in this area.

Since the "neural network renaissance" of 1986, the IJCNN is the largest international neural network research conference, and is one of a very few conferences with a focus specifically on neural networks research. Many of the other neural network centric conferences are run by affiliated societies, such as ICANN of the European Neural Network Society, ICONIP of the Asia-Pacific Neural Network Society, which now includes the JNNS conference of the Japanese Neural Network Society, a growing INNS India Neural Network Society, and the regional IEEE-CIS Chapters (see the IEEE-CIS global map for the large number of Chapters) Both INNS and IEEE-CIS have supported activity in other areas of the world, and best represent the global diversity of talent in the Neural Networks area.

We hope that you will take advantage of this great opportunity to sponsor and/or exhibit your products, services and brand to a large audience of specialists in the neural networks area.
