Telephone and internet :

I have tried to see if we can get a more economical telephone for some time now and because we have a business name it is a "no go".
We pay 131.57 for our phone at the Centre and I don't think it is ever used. That is 1578.84 per year. Should we wait for our next meeting or make an executive decision to discontinue?
Thought?
I forgot to mention that we do not need a telephone to be an emergency centre - I researched that already.
